QD中国首套无液氦9K UHV STM/AFM系统在新罕布什尔大学顺利安装

    美国RHK公司自去年发布了温度为15K无液氦超高真空STM/AFM系统PanScan Freedom后，一直致力于将系统的工作温度进一步降低。2016年初，公司推出了9K版本的PanScan Freedom STM/AFM系统，这也是在历史上次将无液氦UHV SPM系统的工作温度降低到10K以下，该系统一经面世，就引起来学术界的关注。在3月份的美国APS会议上，RHK公司携带此设备进行参展，现场展示它的各项指标和功能，得到众多科学家的赞誉。   近，世界首套9K UHV STM/AFM系统在美国新罕布什尔大学Shawna Hollen教授研究组顺利安装成功。在配备标准9K PanScan Freedom STM/AFM之外，该套设备还增加了一套定制样品制备腔，用于多点探针测量。

    截止目前，RHK公司已经在包括中国、美国、德国、澳大利亚等国家在内数十个科学研究实验室安装了PanScan Freedom AFM/STM系统，我们相信在不久的将来，这套系统将在表面科学、材料科学、凝聚态物理学、纳米科学等领域发挥越来越重要的作用！
